Summer Camp 2011

T he Boy Scout of Troop 300 made us extremely proud at Onteora this year.  Their enthusiasm and conduct won them the "Scout Spirit" stick during the week and additionally at the closing camp fire they were awarded this stick to take home.  This honor was given to them by the 2011 Onteora Staff.  Troop 300 was the talk of the Staff from the day they arrived.  From the Onteora Staff, the Camp Director, the Theodore Roosevelt Council Board members that were at the Scoutmaster Dinner on Tuesday evening, all consider Troop 300 to be a success story and a model Troop. 

Congratulations to the boys.  We give God thanks for our safe travels and the blessings He has given us through our Scouts of Troop 300.
